Test Management in the Discover Phase
Firstly, we would like to gain an understanding of the initial situation of your project:

Test Management in the Prepare Phase
This phase is generally used for the initial planning and preparation of your project. At this stage, the project is launched. This also includes the development of plans and the composition of the project team to enable an optimal start of the project.
For test management, this entails the following activities during the prepare phase:

Test Management in the Realize Phase
The primary objective of the Realize phase is the gradual development and testing of an integrated business and system environment, based on the process requirements identified in the previous phase and recorded in the backlog. During the Realize phase, the project team loads your data into the system, plans activities for adopting the solution, and prepares the cutover plan and the operating concept for the solution.

Test Management in the Deploy Phase
In the deploy phase, the production system is set up and it is checked, whether your company is ready for deployment. Subsequently, cutover activities are carried out and your business processes are transferred, e.g. to your new system landscape.
