Your tasks:
- Operating the reception area and telephone switchboard
- Customer reception and assistance
- Procurement of office supplies and other requirements
- Handling mail and general office organization
- Management of the vehicle fleet
- Managing all of the company’s insurance policies
- Management of the various external service providers (e.g. various office service providers, tradesmen, building cleaners, beverage suppliers, etc.)
- Working closely with the management and supporting them in all organizational tasks
- Overall office organization for efficient and stress-free work of our team
Your profile
- Completed commercial or comparable education or business studies (preferably with a focus on HR)
- Very good verbal and written communication skills in German and English
- Organizational skills and structured working style – Working style is characterized by accuracy and reliability in dealing with sensitive data
- Strong quality awareness
- High level of commitment and personal responsibility
- Comprehensive knowledge of the MS Office package and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new systems
- Team player
- A confident demeanor is important to us, but the position is also suitable for newcomers or a return to work
