Your tasks:  

• Independent analysis and optimization of our customers’ IT processes  
• Conception, implementation and management of complex IT projects  
• Providing strategic advice and support to our customers on all IT-related issues  
• Carrying out requirements analyses and creating solution concepts  
• Leading project teams and coordinating all project phases  
• Organizing workshops, training courses and presentations for customers  
• Preparation of project documentation and management reports  
• Active participation in customer meetings and presentation of proposed solutions at management level  

Your profile:  

• Several years of experience in IT consulting or in a similar position  
• Knowledge of analyzing, designing and implementing IT systems and processes  
• Experience in the management and implementation of IT projects  
• Proven experience in the successful management and implementation of large-scale IT projects  
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills  
• Excellent communication, moderation and presentation skills 
• High degree of customer orientation and service mentality  
• Independent and structured way of working  
• Willingness to undergo continuous training and familiarization with new technologies  
• Fluent written and spoken German and English
