Your tasks:   

• Support in the analysis and optimization of our customers’ IT processes   

• Contributing to the design and implementation of IT solutions   

• Carrying out data analyses and creating reports   

• Supporting the creation of project plans and documentation   

• Supporting and training end users   

• Participation in customer projects and meetings  

Your profile:  

• Degree in computer science, economics, or a comparable qualification  
• First practical experience in the IT sector, e.g. through internships or student jobs  
• A basic understanding of IT systems and processes  
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills  
• Strong communication and teamwork skills  
• Independent and structured working style  
• Commitment to continuous learning and familiarization with new subject areas  
• Fluent written and spoken German and English
